I used these practices I’m going to impart personally and now, after being myopic for my whole life, I managed to throw away my glasses just 2 years ago.

Do not perform this when the sun is too glaring – this is supposed to relax you so if it feels difficult, don’t do it.

7. If you engage yourself in near point activity for prolong period of time, remember to see something distant once in a while. For every hour of near point activities such as cooking, typing and reading, look outside the window to rest your eye.
