Insomnia Treatment Can Vary Based On Cause
It is believed that an estimated that around 64-million people suffer from insomnia, a sleep disorder caused by a variety of influences. Insomnia can either be transient, short time or chronic, long time. Just as there are many causes of this sleep disorder the treatment may vary depending on the affected person.

Many of the sleep inducing drugs on the market can be habit forming if used for an extended period and are not usually prescribed for patients suffering chronic insomnia, that are those who have troubles for several months, or even years.
